This package includes two preparation sessions, support during the birth and one postpartum visit.
Whether you are planning a medicated birth, a C-section, VBAC or would like an unmedicated birth, I am there to help guide you and your partner. I will support you with comfort measures, help you understand your options and i’ll be there to guide you through the birth process.
After the birth, I can help you with skin-to-skin, lactation support, and more.
